(Solved) Spell Checker In Outlook Express?
If you don't have Microsoft Office or Microsoft Works and you would still like to be able to spellcheck your Outlook Express messages then you will need to do one of I love it when you can find a solution (no thanks to Microsoft's support pages, mind you) without too much pain & suffering. The missing csapi3t1.dll file is included with Windows XP, it simply isn't installed by default.
