[hijackthis Log] - Google Results Gets Redirected

Login now. i think it has something to do with rundll32.exe also when clicking the results of a google search, the results get redirected to another site and lastly, advertisements pop up occassionally http://laptopdeathmatch.com/hijackthis-log/help-hijackthis-log.php
